Training
I am a perpetual student and continue to seek experiences and mentoring that deepens my personal life which nurtures my work as a therapist. Areas of training in which I am deeply engaged include: Jungian approaches to active imagination, soul tending and dream work, Depth psychology and the use of archetypal psychology, myth and story, eco-psychology and collective and communal ways of healing and transforming trauma, anti-racism and the deconstruction of implicit bias on a personal and communal level.
I am committed to annual training and retreat with these, my dear teachers and elders, to whom I dedicate the merit of my work, alongside all of my ancestors in this world, and beyond. You can learn more about their work, here:
Dr. Clarissa Pinkola-Estes, Jungian analyst, wise elder, and author of the NYT bestseller Women Who Run with the Wolves.
Michael Meade, mythologist and founder of The Mosaic Cultural Foundation. Michael hosts the deeply nourishing podcast: Living Myth.
Stephen Jenkinson, Author of Come of Age: the Case for Elderhood, Die Wise, and founder of The School for Orphan Wisdom.
