Are you wondering how to be a loving partner while you explore your concerns, questions, and worries about how your relationship might be changing? Are you in a relationship with a transgender person and just need help in sorting out the common challenges that couples face without having to educate your therapist about your relationship or gender identity?

Taking care of yourself, as best you can, is important for both of you.
